Gabriel Guzmán es un músico y educador mexicano con más de 30 años de trayectoria. Su trabajo como intérprete y compositor lo ha llevado a escenarios como el Kennedy Center en Washington D.C. y el Lincoln Center en Nueva York.

Es autor del libro De un fandango y fundador del grupo Radio Jarocho, con el cual popularizó su tema "Café Café". Además, su música forma parte de la banda sonora de la película The Old Ways (Netflix).

Actualmente divide su tiempo entre México, donde es profesor de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), y Washington D.C., donde se presenta en escuelas y festivales para promover la educación musical tradicional.
